POLICY

OATH OF OFFICE OF BOARD MEMBERS

All persons elected or appointed as School Directors shall take and subscribe to the following oath or affirmation, which may be administered by any one qualified to administer an oath, such as a judge or the Board President.

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, obey, and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth, and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity.”
