POLICY
BOARD MEETINGS
The Board of School Directors shall hold regular public meetings the fourth Monday of each month unless otherwise scheduled incompliance with the Sunshine Act 65 Pa. C.S.A. § 709 (a).
The Board may hold special meetings as the need arises. No business shall be transacted at any special
meeting except that named in the call sent to the membership for such meeting.
The Superintendent shall place in the hands of all Board Members, at least ten (10) calendar days in advance of each public meeting, the agenda and all background material pertinent to the agenda of the meeting, together with any other material the Superintendent deems to be of informational value to the Board Members.
