My name is Mia Gray and I am so happy to be here as the librarian at  Sara Lindemuth Primary School.  As the librarian, I hope to help our students become strong readers and encourage them to develop a love of reading. I will accomplish this by providing a literacy rich environment with developmentally approriate resources and many opportunities to borrow the books they love to read!

 

I earned my  B.S. in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and my Master of Education; Reading from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.  My certifications include Elementary Education K-6, Library Media Specialist K-12 and Reading Specialist K-12.  This year will mark my 20th year in education which includes a variety of experiences including kindergarten teacher, high school librarian, youth service librarian for the public library, reading teacher, and elementary technology teacher.
