In order to submit a Facility Use Request for STSD facilities, please:
Email your completed Facility Use Request Application Packet to Ms. Laurel Black, Facilities Coordinator at lblack@hannasd.org. You may also drop off your application packet at the STSD District Administration Office located at 2579 Interstate Drive, Harrisburg PA 17110
All flyers being distributed to Susquehanna Township School District learners require prior approval by the Superintendent’s / Communications Office. Requests for approval should be submitted via Request for Flyer Distribution Form. All flyers must be sent as either a PDF, PNG, or JPEG file. Requests for paper flyer distribution should be submitted at least a week prior to the target distribution date and two to three weeks before the event date. STSD recommends providing an English and Spanish version of flyers.
STSD does not distribute paper flyers to Middle and High School learners.
