STSD is committed to its community and welcomes the use of its facilities to community members. When space is available and all requirements are met, including proof of insurance, community groups may reserve time in our facilities. Applications are approved on a first-come, first served basis. School Sponsored Activities will have priority over Non-School Sponsored Activities.

All flyers being distributed to Susquehanna Township School District learners require prior approval by the Superintendent’s / Communications Office. Requests for approval should be submitted via Request for Flyer Distribution Form. All flyers must be sent as either a PDF, PNG, or JPEG file. Requests for paper flyer distribution should be submitted at least a week prior to the target distribution date and two to three weeks before the event date. STSD recommends providing an English and Spanish version of flyers.
STSD does not distribute paper flyers to Middle and High School learners.
Susquehanna Township School District develops and utilizes Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs) to assist in sustaining and improving the district’s facilities infrastructures. The plans focus on the identification of capital projects and equipment purchases, provides a planning schedule for the accomplishment of plan deliverables and establishes the required financing. Benefits associated with this plan are inclusive of but not limited to synchronization of capital and operating budgets, systematic evaluation and prioritization of short and long-term infrastructure goals, and linkage of strategic and comprehensive plans with fiscal capacity. The developed plan is also utilized as a tool to inform and communicate the district’s investment in its infrastructure to all STSD stakeholders.
