Meal Balance Request
If your student has withdrawn from the district and has a positive food service account balance please complete the Meal Account Balance Request form below. However if your student owes money on their food service account please send in payment immediately.
Parents of graduating seniors will receive an email at the end of each school year with instructions on how to request a Food Service Account Balance Form. A copy of the form is also available below.
