Summer Device Collection

Parents/Guardians:

This is a reminder that device collection for grades K-12 will begin on Monday, June 3. Please reference the information below for the appropriate date and time for your child’s device collection.

If the School District does not receive your child’s school-issued equipment, it will be considered lost or stolen property for which you will be charged up to $525.00 per device.

Important Notes

  • Bring all district-issued technology devices:
    • Laptop & charger
    • Laptop bag
    • iPad & charger (if one was assigned)
    • Hotspot (if assigned). Make sure to return the hotspot, cord, brick, and box.
    • Charge all devices before returning.

Device Collection Dates

  • Monday, June 3
    • Sara Lindemuth in-person learners - Equipment will be collected by your child’s teacher.
    • Thomas Holtzman in-person learners - Equipment will be collected by your child’s teacher.
       
  • Tuesday, June 4
    • All 12th grade ARA & HCA learners - prior to graduation practice
    • Middle School in-person learners - Equipment will be collected by your child’s teacher.
       
  • Thursday, June 6 – High School in-person learners - Equipment will be collected by your child’s teacher.
