Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!  I will be teaching Lifetime Activities and Team Sports Physical Education, Introduction to Athletic Training and Biomechanics.  Outside of the school day, I am the certified athletic trainer for baseball, middle school field hockey, and middle/high school soccer.  During the winter, I am also one of the Ski Club advisors.  On my site you will find the course syllabi for each class I will be teaching.  Most assignments and additional information will be readily available to all students in their OneNote Class Notebooks.
I graduated from Lock Haven University where I completed both my graduate (M.Ed - 2011) and undergraduate (Health and Physical Education and Athletic Training - 2009) studies.  While at Lock Haven, I was the goalkeeper for the women's soccer team for four years and an assistant coach for three.  I also spent a year as a certified athletic trainer, traveling with all of L.H.U.'s sports teams.  This will be my sixth full year of teaching, after coming to Susquehanna Township in January 2013.
