Assistant Superintendent

Dr. Martin brings over 16 years of dedicated service to the field of education. He began his career as a Special Education Teacher, working with students across all grade levels—from primary to secondary. Over the past decade, he has served the Susquehanna Township School District in numerous leadership roles, including High School Assistant Principal, Alternative Education Coordinator, Truancy Officer, Athletic Director, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator and Primary (K–2) School Principal. Through these diverse administrative experiences, Dr. Martin has developed a commitment to fostering educational equity and a strong passion for using data to enhance student achievement and improve teacher effectiveness. 

Dr. Martin earned his Doctorate and Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility from Shippensburg University.
