Board Meetings During Dauphin County Emergency Closure

Given the governor’s emergency order of March 16, 2020 and in efforts to comply with CDC, PA DOH, and the Dauphin County Emergency Declaration, Susquehanna Township School District’s Board of Director’s meetings are being held virtually.  The Governor’s Order acts to supersede local school board policy. Susquehanna Township School District remains compliant, however, with the Sunshine Act and court precedence (Babac v PA Milk Marketing).
